Woodbridge Homeschool Band Registration Form 2026 - 2027 Season

If you would like to enroll in the Woodbridge Homeschool Band for the 2026 - 2027 school year, please complete the form below. Your registration will require two parts: 1) to submit this form, and 2) payment of the tuition fee on or before the first rehearsal on September 15th. 

After receiving your registration form, we will contact you with more details about the rehearsal schedule, required materials, and how to pay the tuition fee.

Weekly Rehearsals

Day & Time: Beginning Band: Tuesdays 1:00 - 2:00pm; Concert Band: Tuesdays 2:15 - 3:15pm

Location: Dale City Baptist Church, Dale City, VA

Dates: September 15, 2026 - May 18, 2027 (Student & Parent Interest Session: September 8th)

Ensembles

We will be offering two ensemble options for this year:

  • Concert Band (1+ years of experience required on your instrument)
  • Beginning Band (no prior experience needed)
Tuition
  • $420 for the year (paid in 2 installments, Fall & Spring)
The Fall tuition installment ($210) will be due at the first rehearsal of the semester (Sept. 15). We will contact you before the first rehearsal with directions on submitting payment. Scholarships are available on an as needed basis. Monthly payment plans are available upon request.
