S6 Subject Choice Change Request Form August (2025/26)

Subject choices were confirmed in June. Any further changes should be linked to exam performance.  

If you need help discussing your subject choice following your exam results, please complete the Post Results 2025 - Careers Support Request Form by 8 August and a member of the Careers Team will get back to you as soon as possible. The form will remain open and so please use it exclusively for contacting the Careers Team as this enables them to deal with inquiries in the most efficient way.

If you are ready to make your request please fill in this Subject Choice Changes August (2025/26) by the end of day on Sunday 10 August 2025. All subject choice requests will be reviewed by members of the Pupil Support team and by Academic Heads of Department and, depending on your circumstances, you may receive your amended timetable after the first day of term.  Please note, any August subject changes may not appear on pupils’ timetables on Day 1 but will be updated over the first cycle.

Please use this form to record any changes to your subject choices.  You only need to select the new subjects in the columns which are you are changing.  Do not submit your original choices but record in the space at the end of the form any subjects which you are dropping.
