By boarding the shuttle bus, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Slopes Bar & Restaurant ("Slopes").

Any behavior that is deemed to be belligerent, including but not limited to, the use of offensive language, physical altercations, or harassment of driver or other passengers, will result in immediate removal from the bus and a ban from future use of the shuttle service.

The consumption of alcohol or the use of illegal drugs on the bus is strictly prohibited. Any passenger found to be in violation of this rule will be removed from the bus and banned from future use of the shuttle service.

Passengers are required to patronize Slopes before or after using the shuttle service. Failure to do so may result in a ban from future use of the shuttle service.

Slopes reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any reason.

The shuttle service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Slopes is not responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by delays or changes in the shuttle schedule including but not limited to mechanical or weather issues.

The shuttle service may stop operating in inclement weather. In such cases, Slopes will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by the cessation of service.

Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings while on the bus. Slopes is not responsible for any lost, stolen items or items left on the bus.

By boarding the shuttle bus, passengers consent to being photographed or recorded for security and promotional purposes.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Passengers are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
