In order to host an event with us, please review the following terms and conditions before completing this form to ensure transparency and feasibility of your event. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to aswewake.info@gmail.com.
1. The lead organizer will split 50% of the event revenue with As We Wake in exchange for use of our facilities and access to our audience.
2. There should be guaranteed coverage of all upfront costs required to host your event, with foresight on how many tickets sales are required to break even/profit.
3. Clear distribution of responsibility for marketing and facilitating your event. We will need to know in advance if you need team members to assist with broader marketing beyond our events and social media pages, and the number of hours they would be expected to contribute.
