Memorial Marquee Birthday Messages
Would you like to celebrate your child's birthday with a message on the Memorial marquee?

For $10.00, you can have your child's name added to the marquee for the week of their birthday. Only one message per child.  The message will run from Monday-Sunday of their birthday week. This form and payment must be received no later than the Wednesday before your student’s birthday week.
 
If your student has a summer birthday, we can still run the message the week of their birthday, or you might consider a half birthday message during the school year. If you choose to do a summer message, this form and payment must be received no later than one week before the last day of school.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.

Bring $10 to the front office or send it in an envelope with your student, either cash or check. Please make checks out to Memorial Elementary.
