Thank you for your interest in becoming a Trader at one of our River Cottage events.

This form represents the first stage in our application process, of which there are two.

In keeping with our ethos we ask that any Traders applying to have a pitch at our events meet certain criteria below:

- If you any meat, milk or eggs it must be organic or free-range.
- Any fish used must be MSC 1-3 certified or organic.
- If you sell any products made of wood, leather, metal or cloth then it must all be from a sustainable source.
- We ask that you use seasonal, locally sourced, organic and fair-trade products whenever possible.
- All packaging must be compostable or recyclable.
- All traders must have a minimum of £5 million PLI and have documentation as proof.
- No dogs are allowed on site.

If you meet this criteria, please continue to complete your application. We will contact you within a month of receiving your application to let you know whether you have been successful or not and make arrangements for your pitch.
