2025 Winter CDH Registration
Hello Dancers!

We are thrilled that you are planning to attend winter CDH!

Please fill out a registration form for each attendee.

Only select the registration option that you are attending. Leave the others blank.

The options for registration are:
- Entire week in the Lodge/Hotel
- Daily Rates in Lodge/Hotel
- Entire week in a Condo
- Daily Rates in a Condo

WCDH does not have programs/activities for children. However, children who enjoy dancing with adults have always been welcome. But...non-dancing children should have proper adult supervision.

Beware - We will help find you a roommate as best we can, if you don't have one, but if we can't you will be required to pay the actual room occupancy rate.

Please come healthy and help others remain well.
(COVID vaccination & mask - both OPTIONAL)

The role terms used will be “Ladies” and “Gents”. These terms do not dictate the gender of any dancer.
Any dancer may dance either role. The CDH dance weeks are warm and inclusive events that welcome all people!

These rates are from December 26th - 31th. Includes meals (breakfast & dinner), lodging and dancing.

These rates are PER PERSON (Adult rate)
Adult (over 21) - Single Occupancy: $650
Adult (over 21) - Double Occupancy: $550
Adult (over 21) - Triple Occupancy: $450
Adult (over 21) - Quad Occupancy: $400

These rates are PER PERSON (Youth rate)
Youth (21 or under - w/one adult) - Double Occupancy: $300
Youth (21 or under - w/one adult) - Triple Occupancy: $300
Youth (21 or under - w/two adults) - Quad Occupancy: $300

Full Week (December 26th - December 31st AM) in a Condo
These are rates for renting a CONDO on site.

These rates are from December 26th - 31st AM.

There are rates with meals included (i.e., breakfast & dinner served in the hotel) or without meals. 

The costs/rates listed below are all inclusive (including: lodging, breakfast, dinner, dancing and all taxes and gratuities).

Condos include: 
- One bedroom w/king-size bed and private bathroom
- One bedroom w/two twin-size beds and private bathroom
- One sleeper sofa in living room
- Full kitchen (you'll be able to cook you own meals, especially nice for those with dietary restrictions) 
- Six person occupancy (maximum)

Daily Rates for Hotel Rooms
If you are attending but not for the entire week, select the nights you will be attending.
These rates include dancing, breakfast and dinner and lodging in the hotel.
