Location: American Legion parking lot.
Event Address: 114 McCall Rd Manhattan, KS

Cost for Vendors:  The stall Fees are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by RemeBees.

Outside stalls are 10 x 10 and are $25 per stall. 

Inside stalls are 8 x 8 (an 8ft table provided w/chairs) are $35 

Any Vendor signing up after the deadline of 23 November 2026 will be placed in next open spot and stall fees will be outside $40 per stall and inside $50

Stalls will be reserved after payment is received.

* Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths with a Christmas theme.  

 * Only silent generators are authorized   - AKA Inverter Generator.    (baffle/ enclosed box will be accepted for this event)

* Assigned stalls will be issued for this event. (Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, signs, lights etc.)

* Not all stalls have vehicle parking and will be issued according to order of sign up.

* Event map will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event.   

* Setup can begin two hours prior to event start. 1300 – 1500 (1pm – 3pm)

* All vehicles must be out of the event walk area by 14:45 (2:45pm)

* When the event comes to a close vehicles are not allowed in the event walk area until told by event staff it is ok. (1900-1915 – 7pm-7:15pm) this will depend on customer traffic to minimize hazards.

* There is a maximum of three stalls per vendor, if a fourth stall is needed please select other and send an email so we may be able to accommodate.

*  Food vendors may purchase a stall for table and chair setup for their customers.

* This is not a buy and resell event there is a  75% requirement of homegrown, home made and handmade, contact us with what you sell and we can discuss it if you are unsure.

* Inside stalls are not to use electricity, if a vendor uses the electric outlets there will be a $10 fee to be paid at the event. 


NOTE:  Upon submission of this form you will see the confirmation page that you have submitted your registration. If you want to contact us do so by email.  After registration you will receive an invoice from RemeBees to pay for your stall/stalls.
