Temple Israel's Social Action Committee and Clergy & Laity United for Economic Justice invite you to join our Interfaith Worker Justice Seder on April 4 at 6 PM at Temple Israel Long Beach. As we retell the Passover story of Jewish people's enslavement in ancient Egypt, we will connect it to the current struggles of hospitality workers across Southern California for liberation from suffering and injustice. Join us to participate in this collective embodied experience of eating Seder food as we listen to hospitality workers' stories and discern how we are called to commit ourselves to the current struggles for living wages and dignity of all workers!
