Cleanup Organisers shall confirm with the Green Council about the venue, date, time, estimated number of participants and contact details of the person-in-charge FOUR weeks before the proposed cleanup date.

 ^ 主辦單位應在活動前自行到地點作實地考察 。
Cleanup Organisers shall investigate the proposed venue prior to the cleanup date.

^ 如有需要，參加者可自行購買保險。
Participants are advised to purchase insurance at their own expense if necessary.
