Over the last two years, The Soul of Civility has sparked a national conversation about restoring dignity, trust, and respect in our shared lives. Again and again, I’ve been asked: “How can we bring these ideas into our communities, workplaces, and families?”
The Civic Renaissance Ambassador Program is my answer — and you are invited to be part of its first, intentionally small, interdisciplinary pilot cohort.
As an Ambassador, you will:
- Gain immediate tools to use in your vocation — whether in schools, workplaces, civic spaces, or cultural settings.
- Join me and other ambassadors for occasional calls to set goals and support one another.
- Be part of a private discussion group for cross-disciplinary exchange and encouragement.
- Help shape the movement itself — serving as my sounding board and inner circle as we refine ideas before they go national.
- Choose your level of visibility — you may be recognized publicly in my newsletter (50,000+ readers), or you may opt to participate quietly.
There is no cost to participate. It is my way of honoring your time and inviting you into the ground floor of something that can grow into a national — even global — movement.
This journey also prepares us for something greater: the Civic Renaissance Retreat, April 24–25, 2025, at my home in Indiana. Ambassadors from across the country will gather for a restorative, inspiring weekend — and be formally promoted and credentialed as Civic Renaissance Champions.
Ambassadors are advocates and early adopters — those who embody these ideas in their own lives and communities. Champions are the next step: restored, equipped, and credentialed leaders empowered to teach, facilitate, and multiply this work in their vocations and communities.
I know how busy you are, and the last thing I want is to add “one more thing” to your already full lives. The goal of this program is not to distract you from your family, friends, or work, but to supplement, enhance, and amplify your existing goals and what you are already doing — to give you tools and a community that make your vocation lighter, richer, and more impactful.
In short, I want to help you define your vision of what you want to create in your community, and then I want to help you build and execute it between now and April (when we will gather together and convene for the retreat at my home).
I would be honored if you would consider joining this founding circle. Together, we can create something that restores us personally, equips us practically, and strengthens our communities--and better our world-- in ways that endure.
With gratitude,
Lexi
