Online computer backup

  • Hybridge recommends key data be backed up in at least two different places. 
  • Our online, cloud-based backup service will backup all the data on your computers to the cloud. The program runs in the background and does not interfere with daily operations.
  • Backups allow us to restore all data on your computer when you experience computer failure, theft or loss, or catastrophic data loss.
  • The cost is $12/computer for unlimited data backup.
Cybersecurity

Training

Cybersecurity Awareness Training should be provided to employees on annual basis as a best practice.

Education is the best weapon we have against bad actors. Cybersecurity training is required for most certification or attestation processes such as SOC2 or ISO 27017. It is also required for RIA. 

Hybridge offers a one hour presentation over zoom that reviews past phishing strategies, things to watch out for, and best practices. It is led by one of our senior engineers and can be recorded for anyone not available to make the session.

Cybersecurity training is billed hourly at $360. 
Phishing *
Phishing campaigns educate users on what to look out for. We create phishing campaigns that simulate real life attacks and send them to your users. You receive a security report outlining the performance of your organization and individual users on the campaign.

Any user that becomes compromised during the simulated phishing campaign, is automatically enrolled in phishing training.

Phishing campaigns are part of SecureCare, billed monthly at $145/per organization up to 50 users. Organizations with 50+ users are billed $3/user.
IT Policies

All organizations should have in place at least two IT policies to help it define and govern their IT infrastructure and security: Cyber and Information Security Policy and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy.

Policies should be reviewed on an annual basis especially if you are an RIA.

Best Practices Audit

Hybridge recommends ALL organizations undergo a Best Practices Audit of their SaaS infrastructure. While we implement best practices in all of our internal process, a thorough review of your current profile is highly recommended to stay current with evolving security best practices.

Our team will review your company's  productivity platform Google Workspace or Office365 and make changes and suggestions that will improve your security profile. This includes things like enforcing MFA, restricting sensitive file stores to internal access only, and increasing security features on email to combat phishing and Spam. We set up alerts to keep on top of workspace changes and security breaches. We tailor these preferences based on the clients company policy.

The audits typically takes 3+ hours depending on the type of changes required. Activities include at a high level: initial review, presentation of recommendations, and  implementation of changes. This security and compliance activity is billed hourly at $360/hr.

We meet with our clients periodically to review their infrastructure, review processes in place such as onboarding and offboarding and receive feedback on our support of your end users.

There is no cost associated with this meeting and it is one of the benefits of being a Hybridge client.
