Join us in the heart of Downtown El Cajon for the Holiday Lights celebration, a festive community event featuring dazzling light displays, live entertainment, family activities, and a bustling holiday market. Thousands of visitors come to enjoy the seasonal cheer, making it the perfect opportunity for vendors to showcase unique gifts, crafts, and holiday treats.

Event Date: Saturday, November 29th
Event Location: Prescott Promenade (200 E Main St, El Cajon, CA 92020)
Event Time: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

All 10x10 Vendor Booth Spaces are $50 for this event. Vendors are required to provide their own canopy, table, chairs and product (A canopy/EZ Up can be rented for $50 from the organizer). 
All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and have an El Cajon business license (1 day passes are available) in order to participate. Please let us know if you need help with acquiring any of these items.  

Please note that this event goes into the evening hours. Electricity is not provided, plan accordingly.

Once you are accepted, you will be notified via email within 5 days. The email will include payment instructions. Payment is due once the email is received. Check your spam box if you do not see an email from us within 5 days. All payments are final, we do not offer refunds.

Vendor Rules and Guidelines
**PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY** 

Vendors are expected to remain for the entire event time.  There will be no early departures, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendor spaces are not transferrable; sublets, loans, or trades are not allowed without prior authorization from the event organizer.

Vendors must provide their own tents/EZ-ups/Umbrellas/Tables/Chairs/etc. All items must fit within your assigned space.

Vendors are responsible for set-up, teardown, and cleaning their spaces.  

REFUND POLICY: No refunds on booth rental fees.

This event will be in the evening hours and electricity is not available, please plan accordingly.

Neither the venue, nor the organizers are responsible for any loss or damage to products, personal property, persons, or vehicles.

Vendor agrees not to operate any loudspeaker system, radio, or television at the location during the term of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

FIRE HAZARDS: Vendor shall not cause, maintain, or permit anything to be done on the premises which will increase the possibility of fire or other casualty.  Open flame and lit candles are not permitted unless appropriate approval from permitting agencies.

LAWFUL CONDUCT: During the entirety of the event, including set-up and teardown, vendors and their assistants/associates will conform in all respects to federal, state, and/or municipal laws and ordinances, or any local authority which may be applicable in the circumstances.

LIABILITY: I fully understand that my participation in the Holiday Lights Celebration in Downtown El Cajon presents exposure to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage.  I hereby acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary and agree to assume any such risks.  I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue, or hold responsible, Downtown El Cajon Business Partners, City of El Cajon, its officers, agents, employees, or volunteers, for any injury, death, or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, participation in the event from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of the said entities, its officers, agents, employees or volunteers or any other participants in the event.

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to participate in the event, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Downtown El Cajon Business Partners from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.

I also agree and acknowledge that participants may be photographed while participating in the event, and release use of the photographs and/or video for reproduction in the airing and promotion of the event.
