What is an Employee Resource Group?

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Oberlin College provide opportunities for faculty and staff to connect and support each other through shared social identities, experiences, and interests. ERGs are multifunctional and offer a hub for communities to socialize, share resources and professional development opportunities, and increase employee retention at Oberlin. This program supports Oberlin’s commitment to increase diversity amongst its employees, respond to equity concerns, and foster inclusion for historically minoritized communities.

Sponsored by the Department of Human Resources
