Milk SF / ByrdBeaks February 5th Market Vendor Application 
Hello potential vendors! 

Please fill out this form if you're interested in vending at our Valentines Queer Market, on February 5th from 10am - 4pm at Milk-SF (302 Valencia St, San Francisco). 

Milk-SF has brought on Byrd Bannick of ByrdBeaks to manage logistics, so these markets can happen monthly. All questions should be sent to byrd@byrdbeaks.com.

We hope to finalize our lineup by January 31st and will send out an email on or before that day to let you know who has been accepted to participate in this event. 

The vendor fees is $50 for a 4ft space, and due upon load in on the day of the event. Limited 6ft spaces are available upon request and cost $70.
