If you are aware of a student that is graduating at the end of the Fall 2012 semester and you would like to take their housing assignment, please make sure to list the specific building and room number of their residence.
Freshmen that are tripled, you are our first priority and do not need to submit a room change.
Freshmen room changes will not be processed until all freshmen living in triples have been provided the opportunity to detriple.
Please submit 1 request per person only. Failure to complete this form completely and accurately will result in your request to be unable to be processed.
Requests will be reviewed daily. If your request can be accommodated at that time, the Office of Residential Learning and University Housing will contact you via your Rowan e-mail address.
If you do not hear from our office, it means your request is still pending and will be kept on file for the Spring 2013 semester.
