Spend time observing your surroundings anywhere outdoors. Then record what you saw, heard, and felt on this form and submit it. By contributing info on location, weather, wildlife, and lived experiences, together we can develop a crowd-sourced database of environmental conditions and ways to create a better future.

HOW TO COMPLETE AN ECO SURVEY FORM
   1) Pick a spot outdoors.
   2) Record: date, survey location, *weather.
   4) Record the time and start observing.
   5) Look! Listen!
   6) For each observation, identify:
        * Organism or species,
        * Number of individuals,
        * Type of observation (seen, heard),
   7) Stop observing.
   8) Record the survey end time.
   9) Complete the Biodiversity Summary and Lived Experiences sections.
 10) Submit the form.
* ONLY DOCUMENT IN-REAL-LIFE (IRL) EXPERIENCES & DISCOVERIES.
* ALL RESPONSES ARE OPTIONAL.
* DO NOT SUBMIT FALSE OR INACCURATE DATA!
