Honors Capstone Proposal Form
Honors College Capstone Proposal Form: This electronic form should be submitted NO LATER than the 10th day of classes in the semester which you will take the capstone course. Please fill out the form CAREFULLY AND ACCURATELY. If you enter any information incorrectly, it can delay approval of your proposal. After you submit the form, it will be routed to your Project Director (PD), your PD's Chair and the Honors Dean for approval. If the form is not approved for any reason, you will receive a notice, and you will need to correct the issue(s) and re-submit a new form. When all parties have approved the proposal, you will receive a notification that it is approved. Please consult the Capstone Handbook and/or contact the Undergraduate Research Director, David Cook (dac0010@uah.edu) if you have any questions.
