The first day of programming is Monday, September 14, 2026.

This is an INTEREST FORM only. It is not an application and does not enroll your child in the program.

This interest form is the first step in the enrollment process. After your family's interest form has been reviewed, families who are appropriate for the program and for whom space is available will receive a formal program application.

A completed, submitted, and approved application is required before a student is officially enrolled in the Read 2 Succeed Philadelphia LITE Program.
