This form is intended for students who will be arriving after 4pm on their approved move in day. Please refer to email communication from Residence Life and Housing about your approved move in day. You can also reference the
Move-In website.
- August 13-23: After Hours Check-In will ONLY be available from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Check-in will NOT be available between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., you will need to make alternative off-campus arrangements until the following day. If you are not approved for arrival on a date, you will NOT be allowed to check in after hours.
- August 24: Students may check in at their communities between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. – if you arrive during this timeframe, you do NOT need to submit a form. If you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., you will need to make alternative off-campus arrangements until the following day.
If you do not have card access to your residence hall, please call University Police at 336.758.5591 to be connected with the on-duty staff for your community.
NOTE: Please be aware that after-hours check-in will not be available starting Monday, August 25. Students will need to check in at Residence Life and Housing in Angelou Hall between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
