All members of SSC who hold valid USGA Handicap Certificates are eligible to play in this competition. All players must be covered by a valid Golf Insurance Policy. All members of SSC who wish to apply for membership with the SSC Golf Section, subject to the approval of the Golf Ad-hoc Committee, are welcome to submit their applications through the Sports Department.

I authorized the SSC Sports Department to debit my account for the cost of this event/competition. No refund of Entry Fees will be entertained for cancellations after closing date.

I hereby agreed that I will not hold Singapore Swimming Club, its Golf Ad-hoc committee, their appointed staff/officials responsible in anyway for any mishaps, injuries, loss of life and/or for loss or damage to any property howsoever caused, arising out of or in the course or in connection with the above activity; and I shall indemnity the Singapore Swimming Club, its Golf A-hoc Committee, their appointed staff / officials from and against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses which may be brought by or asserted against them by any person, persons, corporations or the like in connection with the same.

Photographs of the participants may be used for publicity purposes in the club magazine. By submitting this form, Singapore Swimming Club reserves the right to permission to use the photographs, contact number and email for the above mentioned purpose.
