I understand that power is only available to Food vendors.

I understand payment must be received by the August 15th deadline to secure a spot.

I understand that my location at this event will be decided by the vendor coordinators and communicated to you via email prior to the event.

I understand that nothing is provided and all tables, chairs, awnings and pop-ups are the responsibility of the vendors.

I understand that I am required to be set-up by 9:45am and open for sales no later than 9:45am on Sept.19th

I understand that I am required to be on site and open to customers until 5pm Sept. 19th. Packing up early is strictly prohibited. Violators will not be permitted back in the future.

I understand that if I have a canopy, it must be properly secured, if deemed unsecured, I will be required to remove or secure it.

I understand that any board member of the Quilcene Fair & Parade Association has the right to refuse the sale of materials deemed unsuitable and has the right to ask the seller to leave the premises.

I agree to pay the above stated vendor fee and understand my fee is only refunded if my application is rejected. If the vendor is accepted and the vendor cancels for any reason, all fees are non-refundable.

I understand, by checking the box below, I agree to all regulations and hold harmless Quilcene Fair and Parade association, it's members and volunteers, the Quilcene School District and its employees, from any situation, incident, accident or injury that may occur during the Quilcene Fair and Parade on September 19, 2026.
