Student Application Form
Yes. I volunteer to be a CreateAthon@WVU student participant.
I understand that by completing this application I commit myself 100% to CreateAthon@WVU on April 12 from 3 p.m. to April 13 at 3 p.m. I cannot bail at the last minute—I know what commitment means. I understand that this commitment means that I will spend 24 hours in the Media Innovation Center at the Evansdale Crossing on the aforementioned dates working with a team to produce materials for area nonprofits. I also understand that applying does not guarantee automatic acceptance. (While we want as many brilliant minds as possible, we must also match individual talents with client needs.)
I feel that the area I excel most in is:
Put your 1st choice in the "1st" row, and 2nd choice in the "2nd" row.
When I am coming up with ideas, I work best:
Internally - thinking to myself and on paper
Externally - thinking out loud and playing off other people's ideas in the group
When I work with others I:
Like to be given assignments to accomplish
Am a natural leader and like to help others plan their time
Can either lead or follow, whatever is needed I can do
When I think about solutions and executions, I am more:
Do you have access to a laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud software?
By checking the box below, you understand that you are committing 24 hours of your time to doing pro bono work during CreateAthon@WVU on April 12-13:
