We are looking for a UK based, Performance Marketing Manager to join our decorated media team at our headquarters are in Shoreditch, East London (where all the cool kids work).

You will be responsible for the campaign research, media planning and buying and the day-to-day running of sizeable multi-channel paid campaigns, across several markets. You’ll need to be someone who brings significant experience to the table and has the technical prowess to execute end-to-end but also be someone who is hungry to learn and improve.

Your Responsibilities:
----------------------------------
•  Create substantial campaign strategies driven by data-backed research
•  Plan, execute manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns
•  Research, plan, prototype and implement new innovative ways to optimise campaigns and reach audiences
•  Research brief and manage the production of new ad creative
•  Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
•  Manage budgets of £100k+ in monthly media spends
•  Manage campaigns in multiple markets and languages
•  Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation
•  Help direct and manage the development of optimised campaign landing pages.
•  Seek to continually improve campaign performance through iterative testing (A/B and Multivariate)

Key Qualities we are looking for:

•  Being able to work flexibly
•  We are a startup so you must be able to roll with whatever comes your way and manage more than one project at a time.
•  Time Management is of utmost importance, there cannot be any missed deadlines.
•  Technically sharp. You’ll eat, sleep and breathe Google Sheets and formulas. You’ll also have a great understanding of how the web works behind the scenes.
•  Attention to detail right down to the minutiae.
•  Good with balancing heavy workloads.
•  Able to use your initiative.
•  Strong desire to communicate your ideas and you have the drive to see them through.
•  Understand audience analytics.

Requirements
----------------------------------
•  At least 3 years of active hands-on experience running paid social and ppc search campaigns across various channels.
•  Expert working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
•  Expert working knowledge of Google AdWords / AdWords Editor
•  End to end understanding of conversion tracking (pixel and mobile SDK based)
•  Solid understanding of Mobile Measurement Partner solutions like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
•  Must be able to perform accurate keyword research
•  Must have experience in managing budgets
•  Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, formulas and features (crucial)
•  Strong presentation skills are highly advantageous
•  Solid understanding of how programmatic advertising works
•  Be familiar with attribution models
