Outdoor Sale September 28, 2024 9am-2pm. 

Arrival 7-8 am please arrive no later than 8am  Set-up by 9am

Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds.

$25 per space payable via cash or check to Churubusco United Women in Faith

Rental Space:  Please select from the following 2 OPTIONS:

parking lot space is 2 parking spaces, 1 space approx. 10 feet wide by 17 feet long to setup in and sell out of and 1 adjacent space to park your vehicle.

grass area space is for tables only and are approx. 10 feet wide by 17 feet long, must park vehicle in parking lot, in designated spaces  

Payment & Registration Due:  return registration form to church office along with payment , payment due with registration . Church office is open Mon-Thur 9a-2p or may be mailed to Churubusco United Methodist Church Attn: UWIF 750 N Main St Churubusco IN 46723

Ages:  18 and up 

Description:  One person’s trash is another’s treasure!  It is the responsibility of the seller to set up their area, price their goods and keep their proceeds.   Event is held rain or shine.   You are to bring your own tables and clean up your rental space upon completion of sale.  

 Rules & Information:

1)All vehicle traffic will flow to the outside of the seller’s marketplace and flow in a counterclockwise manner

2)Parking will be provided for customers around the outside of the sellers area.  

3)If your vehicle is parked in your purchased space; your vehicle will not be permitted to leave the area until the sale ends

4)No closing your space early.  Closing allowed only at 2pm at the end of the sale time.

5) Non-Permitted sale items:  Consumable food products only with prior approval: guns, knives, weaponry, alcoholic beverages/tobacco/marijuana products of any kind, profanity, pornographic materials (this list in not inclusive)

6) Vendor’s sale site cannot be left unattended.  As a vendor of our sale you assume all risk or theft, breakage, or missing merchandise.

7)Vendor is required to remove all items and responsible for clean-up of their rental site at conclusion of the sale.

8)Churubusco UMC has no responsibility to vendors items (lost, damaged, broken, stolen)

9)Vendor is provided a rental space.   Rental space cannot be moved or expanded. Please bring your own table, chairs, tents. No electricity will be provided.

10)Rental space is Churubusco UMC property. No holes are allowed in pavement.  Tents or canopies must be held down with weights only.

11)Parking lot and grass area spaces will be marked and upon arrival day of sale you will be directed to your specific spot. Parking lot spaces may contain 1 car in the space, grass spaces are for tables only.  We ask that you please do not drive on the grass. Grass space vendors will be directed where to unload on the edge of the grass keeping the vehicle in the parking lot and then will be directed where to park their vehicle.
