Central City Jazz Festival 2019 Vending Application
This 2nd annual town takeover hosted in Central City, CO, is poised to be the best yet. The streets transform into New Orleans as music fills the air and festivarians line the streets.

Craft Vendor Check-in / Check-out will be as follows:
Check-in morning of show June 8th from 8am to 12 pm
Check-out after music and event ends June 9th, exact time TBD.

All vending spaces are outdoors in the streets of Central City. Vendors can stay in the local hotels or arrange their own accommodations. Vendors should refer to the festival website for a list of rules and/or prohibited items at www.centraljazz.co. Any vendor found to be selling prohibited items, food, alcohol or illegal items of any kind will be
ejected from the festival with no refund given, and will not be invited back to future events.

CRAFT VENDING RATES
● $250 for a 10’x10’ space (10’ frontage) with 2 vendor credentials
● CRAFT VENDORS PROVIDE OWN TENTS/SETUPS and GENERATORS

FOOD VENDING RATES
● $400 for a 10-15’ space (food trucks permitted) with 4 vendor credentials
● FOOD VENDORS PROVIDE OWN TENTS/SETUPS and GENERATORS

Vendors will be notified by email of acceptance status. All vendors will be required to sign an agreement with rules and regulations to which they must adhere (i.e. insurance coverage, any applicable local peddler or sales tax permits, etc). All fees must be paid prior to the event or access to the site will be denied. Vendors must submit 100% of their booth fee along with signed agreement in order to secure their space. Agreements submitted without payment will be considered incomplete and not approved. Only checks or money orders are accepted, and will not be cashed until agreement is approved.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS.

When submitting an application, all vendors must provide a list of prior events and photographs of their display, or links to their website containing photographs. Applications and photos can be submitted via e-mail (preferred) or
snail mail. Selected and confirmed vendors must provide a signed agreement with a check or money order for 100% of booth fees, separate $75 clean-up deposit check AND proof of liability insurance, by MAY 24th, 2019.
