If you are a group of 25 or less, no reservation or meal voucher is required. You may pay with cash or credit card at your selected dining common.
For groups of 25 or more, meal vouchers must be picked up and paid for at the RSSP Cashier's Office located at 2610 Channing Way, 2nd Floor, Residential & Student Services Building (behind Crossroads). Payment (cash, check, or credit card) must be received by or on the day of your visit.
Any changes in the number of prepaid meals, or if you need to cancel your group’s visit, call 510.643.8323 or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 business days prior to your arrival. The charges for meals will be the guarantee even if the actual number of guest is less than the guest count on the invoice. Minimum meal voucher request is 25.
