The Enhanced Condom Distribution (ECD) program it is an HIV and STI prevention program aimed at increasing the availability, accessibility, acceptability and normalization of condom use among sexually active Latino and Black Gay, bisexual, other men who have sex with men (MSM) under the age of 29 and heterosexual women of color, over the age of 30, thereby decreasing stigma to build a safer community within the Brooklyn area.

For those interested in condom distribution services at a non-traditional venue (laundromat, barber shop, hair salon, bar, club, liquor store) or at a targeted outreach event (health fair, community meeting, or tabling opportunity) please complete questionnaire below.
