1. You should have put a reasonable amount of time put into practice, otherwise you cannot answer the questions properly.
2. Answer the questions with creative intent - this is to journal what you've done and how you can keep getting better.
3. Fill in each question completely and accurately by listing specific things you worked on.
4. Your instrument/sticks/music had to have gone home, or you should have been in the practice rooms at lunch, in order to have practiced. And yes, I've been watching!

Slow-Mo - slowed it down and bit by bit sped it back up

Dr. Beat - used a metronome to help keep time

Helping Hands - practiced with a friend

Lookin' Good - practiced in a mirror to check posture and technique

Recordings - played along with a recording to work on connecting the piece together

Active Listening - found a recording online and followed along in my part while doing fingerings and tonguing

3 times - played repeatedly until I got it right 3 times in a row

Self-critique - recorded myself playing and critiqued myself

Chunking - played small parts of the music and then put them together

Counting - I worked on counting the rhythm properly out loud or by clapping
