The Centre for Perfect Care provides services including:

Quality Improvement Service – for individual services, teams, systems and directorates both internal, external or in collaboration with other providers

Evidence Services - to provide evidence at the heart of clinical and corporate decision making within our organisation

Audit Services - Clinical Audit, Management of the AMaT (Audit Management and Tracking) System and Implementation of NICE Guidance

Research Services – to sustain quality research which contributes to better services and health for people with mental health related problems, their carers or our staff.

System Improvement Programmes – specifically commissioned national and regional programmes, including HOPE(S), Zero Suicide Alliance and No Force First.
