課程內容 Class Description
造型馬林糖是近年大熱的小甜點,材料簡單主要是蛋白和糖,只要學會當中技巧,便可製作出各款可愛造型的馬林糖了。不論送給小朋友作小點心或送給大朋友配咖啡或茶享用,也是很受歡迎的呢!

此課堂將會學習擠出可愛的小美人魚和她的小夥伴小比目魚和貝殼的立體造型馬林糖。課堂中會示範如何製作穩定的蛋白霜,蛋白霜的調色技巧,各款造型不同細節的擠法和表情畫法;講解預備材料要注意的地方,製作穩定蛋白霜的重點,烘焗馬林糖的器材和需注意的地方,儲存及包裝方法。由於馬林糖需低温長時間烘焗,因此成品可選擇於稍後時間返教室取回,或以順豐到付形式收取。

*學費已包括材料及課堂上會借用所以工具。

Deco Meringue has become a popular treat in recent years. A meringue is simply a mixture of beaten egg whites whipped with sugar. As long as you can master the techniques, you can make any cute decorating meringue through your imagination. Whether it’s a snack for kids or an exquisite treat to pair with coffee or tea, It's a perfect pairing!

In this class, you will learn how to squeeze out the little mermaid and her friends flounder and clamshell meringue bites. During the class, we will demonstrate how to make stable meringue, how to colour the icing, how to squeeze the icing to build different shapes, and how to draw facial expressions. Agnes will share with you the tips and tricks in preparing ingredients, the key points of making stable meringue, the equipment to bake meringue and the mistake to avoid, and the storage and packaging methods. Since the meringue cookies need to be baked at a low temperature for a considerably long time, your finished pieces can be collected from the classroom at a later time or we can send them to you at your cost by SF Express.
