In submitting a Clip I agree that: I grant Warp World Inc. (“Warp World”) the irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual right and license to use and display my video clip ("Clip") for purposes of marketing, promotion, or advertising, Warp World and my use of their products including Crowd Control, on their website or in any and all of Warp World’s media channels and social platforms (now known or hereafter existing), without compensation, payment or other consideration of any kind. Warp World may use, display, edit, alter, reproduce, create derivative works from, publish or distribute the Clip. I grant Warp World the right to use my name, Twitch username, and likeness as depicted in the Clip. The Clip is original and I own all rights, including copyright, in and to the Clip or that I have obtained the necessary permission to grant the rights given to Warp World. Warp World's use of the Clip and/or my Likeness as granted will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.  I am of the age of majority in my jurisdiction and able to grant rights to use my Clip and Likeness.
