All ECIF programs—including grants, sponsored events, and Small Business Pitch Competitions—are open to all applicants and attendees without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law. Pitch competitions are open to all eligible small businesses. Judging and selection are conducted by an independent panel using published criteria; sponsors do not participate in or influence eligibility determinations, judging, scoring, finalist selection, or award decisions. If an event is ticketed or venue capacity is limited, admission is first-come, first-served and not sponsor-directed.

I release Equiliberty Inc. and Black Entrepreneurs Week from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during my volunteer activities. I also grant permission for the use of photographs or images taken during these activities for organizational purposes.
