Hey Mezzo Market family & Happy New Year!
After the incredible response of our first Tampa Mezzo Market on December 7th 2024, we decided on a few more dates for you guys and we are very excited to announce that we are hosting TWO MORE Mezzo Markets in Tampa this Winter/Spring!
The location will be at Willa's again, Tampa's favorite neighborhood restaurant and bar in North Hyde park located at 1700 W Fig St. We will be bringing the same good vibes you know and love & will host 80+ small business vendors in the lot right next to Willa's.

HERE’S THE DETAILS:
When: February 8 2025 & April 26 2025
Location: Willa's located at 1700 W Fig St Tampa FL 33606
Time: 10am-3pm
**for accepted vendors, vendor load in will begin at 7am**
TO PARTICIPATE IN MEZZO MARKET at Willa's, YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1. $150 (10x10 tent space) or $300 (10X20 double tent space or mobile space) is due upon acceptance. *We will send you a square invoice to complete via email between January 3rd-January 17th if you are accepted.
*Prices do not include taxes and fees*
2. Tent weights are mandatory! Standard size (20-40lbs). We recommend 2 per leg minimum (8 total).
3. A clean & functional 10x10 tent (preferably a WHITE STRAIGHT LEG TENT) & all other supplies needed (tables, tablecloths, tarps, displays, etc). We do not provide any supplies for vendors, just the space.
4. Promote! Post to social media using our graphics! (these will be sent to accepted vendors)
HOW TO APPLY:
Please read this application thoroughly and fill out the application form below!
*REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE A NEW OR RETURNING VENDOR, WE NEED ALL INTERESTED VENDORS TO FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION.
ACCEPTANCE EMAILS will be sent starting Friday January 3rd and everyone who applied will know the status of their application by Friday January 17th at the latest! Accepted vendors will receive an acceptance email with all of the details outlined and a separate email with their square invoice. Please be sure to pay on time! Any accepted vendor that does not pay on time will forfeit their spot. We recommend paying as soon as you receive your invoice so you’re less likely to forget.

PAYMENT DUE DATES:
*Payment is only due after acceptance. All vendors will know the status of their applications by January 17th at the latest via email.

If something comes up and you can no longer attend a market date you were accepted for, please communicate as soon as you know via email (communication is everything!). Vendors who fail to communicate and miss payment deadlines may not be considered for future markets.
