English | 한국어 | Español | 中文RSVP DEADLINE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2025Although formal registration is not required for adults attending this conference, the church in Los Angeles needs to inform Living Stream Ministry of our expected number of saints attending so that adequate preparations can be made. It also helps to have a list of saints from LA attending to facilitate blending and coordination, as well as to relay any last-minute updates.
Please fill out this form for each adult who will attend the conference, including junior high and high school students.
Saints are responsible for making their own arrangements for transportation and accommodation. Please see the information packet linked above for lodging information. A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Reservations must be made on or before November 10 in order to get this reduced rate. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We would ask the saints to reserve only those rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference.
