As the end of the year approaches, the question of who will receive a raise and by how much is becoming increasingly prevalent in companies. After recent years marked by inflation, employees, managers, and business owners alike may approach this topic with more caution than before.

Many companies have previously adjusted salaries in response to rising costs in employees' shopping baskets. But what approach are they taking now? And which industries are thriving enough to motivate employees through wage increases? These are the questions we aim to address in our 5th survey on wage growth in Czech business.
