The 18th Annual Oregon Information Literacy Summit is a virtual series of events held during the last two weeks of May. We are seeking proposals for 10-minute presentations, and encourage you to submit a short description below by the end of
Thursday, April 18, 2024. Each 60-minute session will have two or more 10-minute presentations on a topic, followed by group discussion with attendees. Sounds like fun, right? We hope you will join us!
Possible presentation topics include:
--Critical assessment
-- Anti racist pedagogy
--Dual credit and IL instruction
--Information literacy and data literacy or digital scholarship
--Misinformation / disinformation
--Open pedagogy
--Racial justice and information literacy
--Social media / algorithmic bias
--Library advocacy & IL in K-12
