Thank you for volunteering to transport an Anguilla or St. Martin puppy on your returned trip home from Anguilla or St. Martin for the Fly To Freedom Dog Rescue. 

Please fill out the form below with all of the information being requested. All of this information needs to be collected so that the Fly To Freedom Dog Rescue can plan and prepare for your travel with the puppy to the U.S. or Canada.  

After you fill out this form, Rebecca or Leigh from the Fly To Freedom Dog Rescue will be in touch with you about your puppy transport as your travel date approaches. Please be patient as Rebecca and Leigh are  volunteers. Rest assured you will be contacted.
