Pre-registration form for all ages and levels

May 23rd and May 25th 2023
Evaluations for ages 6+
5pm - 7pm Levels 1-2 Beginner to Intermediate (Up to Round off 2 back handsprings)
7pm - 9pm Levels 3-4 Intermediate to Advanced (Tucks and Up)

All waivers must be completed upon start time.

Registration fee - $20 per athlete must be paid prior to evaluation start time.

Apparel: Please wear Power Athletics attire ONLY OR ALL BLACK clothing, proper cheer/acro shoes and hair neatly tied back
