Single Mother's Support Group- Sign-Up
Are you a single mother? Do you face challenges when communicating and co-parenting with your ex? Grieving the loss of your past relationship? Seeking a new relationship? Managing the responsibilities of a single parent? Do you find time for self-care?

This group offers you a network of support through meeting with other single mothers to process your own experience and share ideas, facilitated by a trained professional. You will learn skills to enhance your communication, assertiveness, parenting through different developmental stages, and build your self-confidence and efficacy in current or future relationships.

Groups will meet every-other Thursday night from 5:30-7 and every Thursday morning from 9-10:30 for 8 weeks near downtown Santa Rosa. Start date will be determined, times are flexible to accommodate the group’s need.

The cost is the group is $40/session. I offer financial assistance in two ways:

1. Pay upfront for all 8 weeks, save $50 off the total cost of the group (.
2. If you are under financial hardship, I offer limited sliding scale space.

Let me know if you would need to have childcare to attend.

Please call with questions at 707-595-0863 or visit my website at

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
