The event is held indoors, 8' table and 2 chairs provided. Limited spaces available outdoors, in which case you must bring your own 10'x10' canopy/tables/chairs. Your business and products will be promoted on website, social media and to email subscriber list. Booth acceptance is on a first come, first served basis and will be made after vendor application is approved and payment received.

BOOTHS AND BOUNDARIES:
Displays, standing screens, and grids must be contained within vendor space. Kala Koa Entertainment has the final word on booth placement. 

Vendor set-up begins 7am and should be set up no later than 9am. Spaces to be cleared by 4:30pm. 

All clean-up of the vendor booth area is the responsibility of the vendor.

SHOW PARKING: You may load and unload in the parking lot of the building. After unloading, please move your vehicle to a street spot to allow for customer parking. If you have a large vehicle or truck, please be considerate and make sure you do not block other vehicles and roadways.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Each vendor is responsible for finding out and complying with all California sales tax laws. All vendors selling food will need to comply with State laws regarding food production and sales to the public. Disruptive behavior or alcohol/drug abuse on the premises may result in removal without refund and ineligibility for future shows. All booths must be manned during show hours. Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise at all times including set up and take down. Management will not be responsible for any theft or damage.

REFUND POLICY: Please consider your participation in this event carefully. Our event rules as outlined in this document are final and non-negotiable. Space reservations are final. We do not refund cancelled space reservation fees. In the event that this show is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund only that portion of costs that we ourselves are able to recoup, not to exceed the total dollar amount of your space reservation fees.

Hold Harmless Agreement

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY MITCHELL CHANG/KALA KOA ENTERTAINMENT, ITS AGENTS AND/OR EMPLOYEES; GARDENA VALLEY JAPANESE CULTURAL INSTITUTE ITS AGENTS AND/OR EMPLOYEES FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM OR DEMAND, WHICH LIABILITY, CLAIM OR DEMAND MAY BE MADE BY REASON OF:

1. Any injury to person or property endured by any person and organization engaged in connection with event stated above.

2. Any injury to person or property sustained by any person, or organization caused by any act, neglect or omission of the participating organization or any person direct or indirectly engaged with the event whether injury or damage occurs upon said date.

The participating organization or persons(s) at its own cost expense and risk shall defend all legal proceedings that may be brought against Kala Koa Entertainment and Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center on any such liability claim or demand, and satisfy any resulting judgment that may be rendered against any of them whether or not the liability, claim or demand was actually or allegedly caused wholly or in part through the negligence or other implying conduct of any of them.
