STEAM Spring 2022 Program Registration
• Open to 2nd-5th graders
• If you are registering 2+ students, please fill out a separate form for each
• 5 sessions of Activities, Crafts, and FUN!
• Each session will consist of a lesson in STEM, followed by an application-based craft.

• 2nd and 3rd graders on Tuesdays (April 5, April 19, April 26, May 3, May 10)
• 4th and 5th graders on Thursdays (April 7, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12)
• Location: Amy Imai Elementary School (253 Martens Ave, Mountain View) Room 17

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: March 29. But, spots fill up fast, so you may be put on the waitlist, even if you register before then!
