Dungeons and Dragons Club Interest Form

Please be aware this is not a sign-up form. We need a minimum amount of students in order to run the club. If you know anyone else who may be interested please share our form with them!

We are hoping to run the Dungeons and Dragons Club on Tuesdays from 3:45pm to 4:45pm. Club start date is to be determined based on the number of students interested.

Club Sign-Up: $20 Club T-Shirts (optional): $10

Pick-up instructions:

Students would need to go to the MP room at 3:30pm after school and wait at their designated club tables. Students are NOT permitted to leave campus and return for the club. At 3:45pm they would be escorted by a staff member to their club.

Students would be picked up at 4:45pm from GATE 1, MUST HAVE PLACARD TO PICK UP STUDENTS.

Any parents arriving WITHOUT placard or AFTER 4:45pm will need to go to the front office to pick up their student from TEAMS.
