You are welcome to our attachment letter online request form. We want to make your request for attachment letters simple and stress free.

1. Fill in your details below
2. Pay for your letter(s) at the Cash Office
3. Bring your receipt and ID Card after 24 Working Hours for your letter.

NB: Be sure to pick your letter latest by ONE WEEK after you have requested online. You won't get your letter after the ONE WEEK period.

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
