2020 Select Tournament Registration
Thank you for your interest in our 2020 Girls Select Tournaments.
Our tournaments are 2 day tournaments with games played on Saturday and Sunday maximizing the amount of playing time and enjoyment that the girls participating experience.
4 Game Guarantee (weather permitting).
Max 8 teams per division providing all divisions fill. Additional teams may be accepted if a division does not fill the full number of allowed teams.
Our park consists of 5 diamonds, with a concession and washroom facility, lots of open space with mature trees for shade and relaxation. Forest Glade Optimist Park is located close to hotels and shopping with many great restaurants close by.

Registration costs are:
$400 / team for OSSTA Members
$450 / team for Non OSSTA Members

*For the Midget Girls division, please note the OSSTA age ruling where teams may have overage players on their roster with birth years 1999 and 1998 who are not eligible to pitch.

All confirmations and correspondence will be sent to the email address entered above. Please submit your tournament roster at least 2 weeks prior to the tournament you are entering so we can verify ages and ensure eligibility. Roster forms can be found on our website at www.forestgladebaseball.com and clicking the tournaments link.

Tournament teams are accepted on a first come first served basis.

Please ensure all payments are mailed to the address provided below. Upon receipt of payment a confirmation will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 business days of sending payment, please contact Forest Glade Baseball League via our website at www.forestgladebaseball.com.
