If your answer is "yes" to the above question, please describe your past and your current mental health situation.   Are you still under a medical provider's care, such as a therapist and/or psychiatrist?                                                                             This information will be held in confidence within the Teaching Team. It is necessary to assist you in your studies, and for the smooth running of the program within its stated parameters to instruct our students. Would you be able to provide a letter from your mental health provider stating you have their support to study under Three Worlds One Heart? Failure to disclose serious  concerns could result in possible termination from the Three Worlds program.

Are you able to commit to the six month's program for classes? Classes begin on June 1 or December 1. Fees are $150.00 for each six month period and payable before the session begins.
