Information for the class teacher. List anything about your child that you would like your child's teacher to know or that a doctor should know in the event of an emergency (food allergies, drug allergies, pertinent medical conditions, etc.). Our teachers really want to make this a great experience for your child, so please let us know if your child has special needs or will need some extra help during class. Your answers to this question have absolutely no bearing on your registration, but are just here to help your child and their teacher.
