I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SNAKE RIVER BASSMASTERS FISHING CLUB. I understand that there are certain inherent risks associated with fishing and boating. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my family members. I release and discharge from all liability and promise not to sue Snake River Bassmasters, the host, the Tournament committee and the sponsors for any and all injury or death, property loss or damage arising out of my or my family's attendance or participation at this tournament including travel to or from the activity. I agree to have at least $300,000 liability insurance on my boat at all time while participating in Snake River Bassmasters events. I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I understand and agree that my electronic signature on this document shall have the full force and legal effect as an original.
