For nearly a decade I've been committed to offering quality Ayurveda to help women improve their health naturally.

Now it's time to take it to the next level &  really get at the heart of what really makes change sustainable so I can support my clients to get even better results!

The crux of it is - I've been on my wellness path for as long as I can remember, and I need to refresh my understanding of the obstacles women who are taking their early steps are facing in order to guide them to make long-lasting changes.
