By submitting this application, you agree to the terms and conditions below. *
1. Only animal-friendly and eco-friendly products and services will be allowed at this event. Only vegan products are allowed to be sold or presented by stall holders. 2. There will be no tolerance for bad behaviour of any kind. If bad behaviour arises, a verbal warning will first be given to the offender and if no improvement happens, they will be asked to leave the event. 3. You have the responsibility for your own booth. Between The Lines Events is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen products from your booth due to your own negligence. 4. If you are found damaging the land during the event, you will be held accountable and you may be required to pay a damage fee. 5. After the event, you have the responsibility to clean your stall area to how it was before you set up. A $50.00 fine will be issued if the area is left untidied. Bins will be provided for any rubbish that is left after the event. 6. Any lost and found that is not claimed within 2 weeks of the event will be disregarded. 7. You have the right to keep all the money you make during the event with no fees charged. 8. All marquees must be weighted, not pegged. If you bring a pegged marquee to the event you may set it up without using the pegs if it is possible. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to set up the marquee. 9. Stall spaces will not be confirmed until payment has been made. 10. You must have your own Public Liability Insurance ($20,000,000) 11. Cancellations will be refunded up to 3 weeks before the event, less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds are not granted less than 3 weeks before the event, unless you can find a suitable stall to take your place.
